Shipping & Return Policy
Please do not return any products without contacting customer services at customerservice@maddogbats.com. Any products shipped to us without receiving a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be shipped back at the senders cost.
Return Policy
All of our bats are checked individually for quality at every step of production. All of our wood is hand selected directly at the saw mills and then hand graded upon arrival. Our bats are finished by experienced craftsmen with extensive knowledge of how each type of wood behaves and what it takes to make a high quality product. Our company has high quality standards, so when bats leave our factory we are confident in their performance. Because this reason, and due to the nature of the game, we do not replace wood bats. We do however stand behind all of our products and if you feel that anything aside from general usage or incorrect hitting has caused you to not be satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately by email at customerservice@maddogbats.com
Warranty Policy
At this point we do not offer any warranties or extended warranty programs.
